Flutterwave, Africa’s leading payments technology company, announced this week that they had appointed several seasoned leaders from prominent financial services companies, including PayPal, Stripe, American Express, First Data, Western Union, and Square.
In 2022, a Bloomberg reported that the African fintech was looking at an IPO on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange. But the plans were delayed.
But with these new hires, it looks like Flutterwave is taking steps to prepare for next year.
